We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff on our check-in and check-out days were nice and helpful. They assisted us efficiently with our visa application, providing all the necessary documentation. We were impressed with the cleanliness and the politeness of the staff throughout our stay. The hotel manager even personally came to say goodbye and ensure our expectations were met. The location was perfect, just on the outskirts with a few restaurants around. The room was spacious and incredibly comfortable, with soundproofed walls for a peaceful night's sleep. The breakfast served until 11:00 a.m., and the restaurant staff remembered our preferences, delivering our breakfast without us having to ask. Upon check-out, we were pleasantly surprised to receive souvenirs in the form of fridge magnets. this place exceeded our expectations in terms of comfort, location, and service.

I had a great experience at the hotel. The staff, from the front desk to the cleaning crew, were extremely friendly and helpful. They always had a smile and were quick to assist with any questions or needs. The location was also fantastic, with convenient access to transportation and nearby restaurants. The cleanliness of the hotel facilities was impressive and the breakfast served in the morning was delicious.

During my Christmas stay at the hotel, I enjoyed the cozy and festive atmosphere in the lobby area and the delicious breakfast served with a variety of options. the proximity to shopping malls and restaurants made it easy to explore the city and enjoy the local cuisine. the gym facilities were excellent for those looking to stay active.

It was disappointing to see the poor condition of the beds and linens provided in the room, which made it difficult to sleep well at night.

We enjoyed our breakfast until 11:00 a.m. and appreciated the calmness of the hotel. the cleaning staff were gentle and respectful, and always asked before entering our room. Although the gym and wellness center were not yet open, the nice room and abundant breakfast made up for it. the location was also good, just a short walk from the downtown metro station.

The staff’s lack of English proficiency made communication difficult and the hotel was overpriced for the low standards and facilities we received.

Good value for money and decent location near shops. There was a free breakfast which had a variety of choices. The rooms were well serviced by room attendants and always had fresh towels.

The receptionist was unwelcoming on check in and check out, and unwilling to provide assistance or answer any questions. The hotel's shared facilities were extremely dated and needed repairs;
